Keep or choose Gainsight for customer-success operations. Add Skene when a product change needs a measurement plan, code and schema evidence, pull-request review, and a post-launch verdict.
GitHub pull-request review and the deterministic plan-versus-scan check remain separate mechanisms. A review can suggest a focused edit;/skene fix only restores tracking a pull request removed. It cannot create an event that never existed.
