Skene and ChurnZero
Use this page when deciding whether the need is configurable customer health, or evidence controls underneath product-change measurement.
Start with jobs, not replacement claims
ChurnZero is a customer-success platform. Its job is to support health scoring and customer-success workflows. Skene makes a product change measurable before launch, computes a verdict from connected evidence after launch, and reviews tracking changes as the code evolves.
ChurnZero’s health-score handbook describes configurable scoring that can combine usage, support, survey and journey data. This page makes no staffing-saving, accuracy, retention-outcome or pricing claim.
What ChurnZero's own documentation supports
ChurnZero describes health scores built from product usage, support, survey and journey data.

Keep ChurnZero for its own job
Nothing in Skene recreates the category-specific workflows above. Keep the product that answers those questions.
Add Skene at change time
Use Skene when the missing question is whether a change is ready to measure, whether tracking changed before merge, or whether the stated metric moved after launch.
A concrete way to use both
Keep ChurnZero for health scores and customer-success workflows. Use Skene to review changes to the product evidence feeding a plan and to record a launch verdict. Your CS team still owns intervention.
GitHub pull-request review and the deterministic plan-versus-scan check remain separate mechanisms. A review can suggest a focused edit;/skene fix only restores tracking a pull request removed. It cannot create an event that never existed.
Continue with customer-success use case. Retaining or consolidating this URL still depends on search and backlink evidence.
